Benchmarking local standard, they should be given a relatively high rating given the quality and service. Their sushis are better than what you can get from super markets like Edeka or Rewe as they are made after you order though the ingredients do not seem to be different. Their prices are slightly higher but the premium is justifiable as you can sit down and be served with a free salad Of course, there is room for improvement like better varity though it may be constrained by supply.
